Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к кардиологии и нефрологии.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что определяют возраст пациента (V), продолжительность сердечно-сосудистого заболевания (DBCV) и наличие нарушений ритма в анамнезе (TR), проводят клиническое и параклиническое с определением тяжести сердечной недостаточности (IC) и наличие ишемической кардиопатии (CPI), уровня N-концевого фрагмента предшественника мозгового натрийуретического пептида (NTproBNP), уровня триглицеридов в сыворотке (TRIG) и тиреотропного гормона в сыворотке (TSH), а дискриминантную функцию (F) вычисляют по формуле:F= - 16,775 + 0,111 · V + 0,145 · NTproBNP + 2,205 · TRIG + 1,413 · IC + 1,693 · TR + 0,499 · CPI + 0,040 · DBCV + 0,082 · TSH,в случае, когда F > 0 подтверждают диагноз или прогнозируют повышенный риск развития кардиоренального синдрома, а F < 0 - исключают диагноз или прогнозируют низкий риск развития кардиоренального синдрома.
