Abstract
The invention relates to the corrosion protection of metals in water and can be used for corrosion inhibition in closed steel pipeline systems.According to the invention, claimed is the use of hexafluorotitanate-bis[di(dimethylglyoximato)-di(aniline)cobalt(III)] dihydrate compound of formula [Co(DH)2(An)2]2[TiF6]·2H2O, where DH - dimethylglyoxime monoanion, An - aniline, as an inhibitor of steel corrosion in water, in a concentration of 0.05…0.75 g/L.
