Abstract
Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, в частности к садоводству и может быть использовано для определения лежкоспособности фруктов груш в течение периода хранения.Способ оценки лежкоспособности фруктов груш состоит в отборе образцов фруктов путем выбора частей мезокарпия весом 1 г, которые погружают в пробирки с 10 мл деионизированной воды нагретой до 25°C и перемешивают в течение 3 часов, определяют электропроводность водной среды образцов каждые 30 мин в течение 3 часов с помощью кондуктометра, при этом, чем выше электрическая проводимость водной среды тем лежкоспособность фруктов ниже.
