Abstract
The invention relates to woody biomass working devices and can be used in the chemical and woodworking industries.The device for grinding and aerodynamic drying of woody biomass comprises a frame (1), on which is rigidly fixed a body (2) with coarse grinding (4) and fine grinding (5) chambers. In the body (2) is placed an axle (8), on which are mounted two rotors (9, 10) with disks (11, 12 and 18, 19 respectively). In the front part of the device are made an opening, to which is fixed a hot air supply nozzle (23), and a charging opening (15) with countercuts (16). In the disk (11) of the rotor (9) are made holes for the passage of biomass and holes for the passage of hot air. On the perimeter of the inner surfaces of the chambers (4, 5) are fixed toothed plates (17, 22). On the periphery of the disks (11, 12 and 18, 19) are fixed toothed blades (13) and pins (20) with hammers (21). The chambers (4, 5) communicate between each other through a pipeline (24). At the exit from the chamber (5) are placed plates, the chamber (5) being equipped with a pipeline for removal of ground and dried biomass.
