Abstract

The invention relates to woody biomass working devices and can be used in the chemical and woodworking industries.The two-chamber wood chipper comprises a frame (1), on which is rigidly fixed a body (2) with coarse grinding (4) and fine grinding (5) chambers. In the body (2) is placed an axle (6), on which are mounted two rotors (7, 8) with disks. In the disk of the rotor (7) are made holes for the passage of the product, and next to each hole, on the disk, is fastened one knife. Around the perimeter of the inner surface of the chamber (4) are fixed toothed plates (13). On the periphery of the disk of the rotor (7) are fixed toothed blades (14). In front of the body (2) are made air supply holes (17) and a charging opening (15) with countercuts. Between the disks of the rotor (8), on their periphery, are fixed pins (23), on which are movably mounted hammers (24), which are covered with a sieve (25). In the chamber (5) is rigidly fixed on the axle (6) a disk (28), on the periphery of which are fixed the blades (29) of the fan. The chambers (4, 5) communicate between each other through a pipe conduit (30), at the inlet thereof being installed a sieve.
