Abstract
Изобретение относится к биоорганической химии и может быть использовано в сельском хозяйстве для защиты растений.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что предложенный способ включает экстракцию лилионинов из луковиц Lilium henry 70% водным раствором этанола, затем н-бутанолом, выпаривание экстракта, хроматографирование полученной фракции на колонке с силикагелем в системе растворителей хлороформ-метанол-вода, взятых в соотношении 65: 35: 5 и последующее выделение целевого продукта.Технический результат изобретения состоит в повышении степени разделения малополярных стероидных гликозидов, чистоты конечного продукта и в упрощении способа.
