Abstract

Invenţia se referă la chimia bioorganică şi poate fi utilizată în agricultură pentru protecţia plantelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul propus include extragerea lilioninelor din bulbii de Lilium henry cu soluţie apoasă de etanol de 70%, apoi cu n-butanol, evaporarea extractului, cromatografierea fracţiei obţinute pe coloana cu silicagel în sistemul de eluanţi cloroform-metanol-apă în raport de 65:35:5 şi izolarea ulterioară a produsului final.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în creşterea gradului de izolare a glicozidelor steroidice cu polarizare slabă, a purităţii produsului final şi în simplificarea procedeului.
