Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине и может быть использовано для тестирования донорской крови на маркёры вирусного гепатита B с целью профилактики инфекции при переливании крови.Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что в крови последовательно определяют наличие антигена HBsAg, антител суммарный анти-HBcor, анти-HBcor IgM и анти-HBs, а для крови с титром анти-HBs больше чем 100 мМЕ/мл, дополнительно выполняют тест на ДНК вируса гепатита В и в случае положительного теста, определяют наличие маркеров вирусного гепатита B в донорской крови.
