Abstract
The invention relates to the method of obtaining of new phenylalkylamines with biological activity and which may be used as agents-active substances in pharmaceutical preparations which stimulate the central nervous system.The purpose of the invention consists in the preparation of new stimulators with a new mechanism of action.Phenylalkylamines with general formula I:wherein R1 represents C2-C8-alkyl with linear or tranched chain, C7-C10 phenylalkyl, C3-C8 phenyl or cycloalkyl; R2 represents groupwherein R3 represents H or C1-C7-alkyl, which may be substituted by halogen, OH, C1-C4-alcoxygroup or phenyl-alkyl, R4 represents H or together with grouprepresent the ring C3-C8-cycloalkyl, provided that groups R1 and R2 together contain at least 5 carbon atoms, and when R1 represents ethyl, R2 can not be isobutyl, or their pharmaceutical useful salts are obtained by interaction of amine with formula II:wherein R1 has the above indicated meaning, with a compound of formula III:wherein R3 and R3 have the above indicated meaning, in presence of one dezoxidant as aluminium amalgam, gaseous H and a metallic catalyzer of hydrogenation, boron hydride of alkaline metal. The product with special destination separates under the form of free base or pharmaceutical useful salt.
