Abstract
The invention relates to phenylalkylamines, especially to the obtaining of compounds with general formula C6H6-CH2-CHR1-NHR2,wherein R1 is n-or iso-C2-C8-alkyl, phenyl-C7-C10-alkyl, phenyl - C7-C10-alkyl, cyclo -C3-C8-alkyl, phenyl; R2 is n - or isoalkyl inferior, inferior halogen-alkyl or inferior hydroxyalkyl, C1-C4-alcoxypropylphenyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, R1 and R2 contain together C5-C12, when R1 is ethyl, R2 can not be isobutyl these compounds possessing antidepressant qualities, which may be used in medicine.The purpose of the invention is the creation of substances from this, more active and with a reduced level of toxicity. The synthesis is done by the reaction of amine with formula NH2-R2 with retone C6H6-CH2-CR1=0 with subsequent reduction by hydrogen in presence of Pt or Ni-Rancy, or using for hydrogenation the complex hydrid of one metal, natrium dithionite or aluminium amalgam. The final product separates under the form of base or of salt useful in pharmaceutics. New substances have a reduced level of toxicity, are more active than the known substances without inhibation of monoaminoxidase.Tab.: 11
