Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu destinat extragerii selective a metalelor, în particular, a cromului din precipitatele multicomponente ale apelor reziduale de la unităţile galvanochimice şi poate fi utilizată la întreprinderile constructoare de maşini şi aparate pentru epurarea şi utilizarea metalelor grele.Esenţa procedeului constă în tratarea oxidativă cu reagenţi în flux la fluidizarea magnetică a mediului dispers cu filtrarea ulterioară utilizând un amestec de oxidanţi constituit din perhidrol şi nitrat de sodiu, luaţi în raportul molar respectiv de (80...100) : 1. În calitate de mediu dispers se utilizează suspensia de precipitat cu concentraţia de 30...40% la care se dozează o cantitate stoichiometrică de oxidant şi procesul se desfăşoară la viteza liniară de 0,05...0,1 m/min în strat fluidizat magnetic de particule metalice din material magnetic moale la acţiunea unui câmp electromagnetic rotativ extern.Rezultatul tehnic constă în simplificarea procesului şi mărirea eficacităţii lui, ceea ce contribuie la micşorarea consumului de energie şi ameliorarea condiţiilor de lucru.
