Pacienta A., în vârstă de 26 ani, s-a adresat cu acuze de dureri abdominale, inferioare, moderate, către finalul perioadei menstruale, febră 37...38°C, sângerări vaginale neregulate cu miros neplăcut. Anterior pacienta a urmat tratament ambulatoriu cu antibiotice, regenerative local, s-au făcut spălături cu soluţie uleioasă de 1% de eplir şi masaj intravaginal, timp de 10 zile, iar peste 1,5 luni tabloul clinic a revenit. Pacienta a fost investigată clinic şi paraclinic. Obiectiv s-a depistat hiperemie a vaginului, eliminări galbene-verzui, la ultrasonografie (USG), în spaţiul Douglas s-au depistat 120 ml de lichid. La doplerografie s-a depistat rezistenţă moderată a arterei şi venei uterine, trompele umplute cu lichid, Ig G a constituit 660 mg/dl. Pacientei i s-a propus să urmeze o cură de tratament conform metodei revendicate. După 3 zile de tratament, obiectiv a dispărut inflamaţia vaginală şi eliminările, la a 6-a zi au dispărut semnele clinice, iar la a 12-a zi de tratament la USG în spaţiul Douglas s-au depistat 80 ml de lichid, trompele uterine libere, la doplerografie - a dispărut rezistenţa arterială şi venoasă, iar Ig G a constituit 720 mg/dl, deci s-a constatat o creştere a Ig G, s-a diminuat cantitatea de lichid din spaţiul Douglas cu 40 ml, la doplerografie - a dispărut rezistenţa arterială şi venoasă, ceea ce denotă un efect imunomodulator atestat. After 3 days of treatment, objectively, the vaginal inflammation and discharge disappeared, on the 6th day the clinical signs disappeared, and on the 12th day of treatment, USG detected 80 ml of fluid in the Douglas space, the fallopian tubes were free, on Dopplerography - the arterial and venous resistance disappeared, and Ig G was 720 mg/dl, so an increase in Ig G was found, the amount of fluid in the Douglas space decreased by 40 ml, on Dopplerography - the arterial and venous resistance disappeared, which denotes a certified immunomodulatory effect.
