Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гастроэнтерологии и может быть использовано для диагностики гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что проводят клиническое обследование, затем вводят 20 мг (RS)-2-([4-(3-метоксипропокси)-3-метилпиридин-2-ил]метилсульфинил)-1H-бензо[d]имидазол, перорально, а через 24 часа проводят повторное клиническое обследование с оценкой таких симптомов как загрудинные боли, регургитации, а именно их продолжительность и экспрессия, факторы, которые их улучшают и/или ухудшают, влияние этих симптомов на качество жизни, с присвоением баллов для каждого симптома. В случае, когда сумма баллов составляет до 53-х, определяют отсутствие болезни, а когда 53 и более - устанавливают диагноз гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни.
