Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к способу микроклонального размножения растений Mentha gattefossei Maire in vitro.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает инокуляцию миничеренков и выращивание побегов полученных из пазушных почек c индукцией ризогенеза на питательной среде, содержащей ½ минеральных солей по отношению к среде Мурасиге-Скуга, при этом культивирование осуществляют при температуре 26°C, относительной влажности воздуха 70%, при фотопериоде 16 часов света, интенсивности освещения 2000 люкс и рН 5,8, в течение 4…5 недель.
