Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicina experimentală, în special la o metodă de modelare unei maladii autoimune cutanate, cum este pemfigusul cu scop de studiere a patogenezei maladiei şi de elaborare a noilor metode de tratament.Esenţa invenţiei constă în separarea mucoasei de pe esofagul de bovină, fărâmiţarea şi omogenizarea mucoasei de trei ori în soluţie tampon fosfat cu pH=7 în raport de 1:2, la temperatura de 4°C, apoi omogenizatul se centrifughează, sedimentul se spală de trei ori cu soluţie tampon fosfat, se liofilizează şi este supus extragerii în alcool etilic de 70% cu adăugarea a câte 5 ml de alcool la fiecare gram de masă uscată, se agită timp de 60 min şi se centrifughează, extractul alcoolic se decantează şi se supune dializei timp de 8 ore, apoi se liofilizează, după care se amestecă în volume egale extract proteic, glicerină sterilă şi soluţie uleioasă de vitamine, care conţine la 1 ml: A - 50000 UI, D3 - 25000 UI, E - 20 mg, F - 5 mg, ulterior amestecul se administrează la şobolani câte 0,1 ml intradermal în diferite locuri, odată la două săptămâni, procedura fiind repetată de 12 ori.
