Abstract

The invention relates to the field of experimental medicine, in particular to a method for simulation of an autoimmune cutaneous disease, such as pemphigus, to study the disease pathogenesis and to develop new treatment methods.Summary of the invention consists in the separation of bovine esophageal mucosa, grinding and homogenization of mucosa three times in phosphate buffer with pH=7 in a ratio of 1:2, at 4°C, then the homogenate is centrifuged, the sediment is washed three times with phosphate buffer, lyophilized and subjected to extraction in 70% ethyl alcohol with addition of 5 ml of alcohol per gram of dry mass, stirred for 60 min and centrifuged, the alcohol extract is decanted and subjected to dialysis for 8 hours, then is lyophilized, afterwards is mixed in equal volumes of protein extract, sterile glycerol and oily vitamin solution, containing per 1 ml: A - 50000 IU, D3 - 25,000 IU, E - 20 mg, F - 5 mg, then the mixture is administered to the rats at 0.1 ml intradermally in different places, once every two weeks, the procedure is repeated 12 times.
