Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к способу определения пола у растений Actinidia arguta культивированных in vitro.Способ, согласно изобретению, состоит в определении электрофоретического спектра пероксидаз в листьях растения, полученного при инокуляции боковых почек миничеренков и выращивании полученных побегов c индукцией ризогенеза на питательной среде, путем мацерации листьев растения в буферном растворе 0,05 М Tris-HCl, последующего перемешивания и отделения экстракта при центрифугировании, диск-электрофореза экстракта в трубках с полиакриламидным гелем с получением электрофоретического спектра пероксидаз и окрашивания полос,при этом если полученный спектр содержит 8 пероксидаз, растение женского рода, а если содержит 4 пероксидазы - мужского рода.
