Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к эндокринологии и может быть использовано для прогнозирования риска возникновения кардиоваскулярной автономной нейропатии при сахарном диабете I-го типа.Метод, согласно изобретению, включает клиническое и параклиническое обследование, где устанавливаются следующие параметры: тяжесть диабетической нефропатии (ND), частота возникновения диабетического кетоацидоза (CAD), длительность сахарного диабета (DD), затем вычисляют дискриминантную функцию (F) согласно формуле:F=-4,972+1,767·ND+1,530·CAD+0,078·DD,в случае, когда F > 0, прогнозируется риск возникновения кардиоваскулярной автономной нейропатии при сахарном диабете I-го типа, а когда F < 0 - прогнозируется отсутствие риска возникновения нейропатии.
