Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, especially to vegetology, is intended for the assessment of cardiorespiratory correlations, can be used to monitor the health of patients and to specify the prescription. The method of assessing the correlation of heart and respiratory rhythms consists in performing the synchronous recording of the electrocardiogram and the pneumogram, which is performed at a controlled cycle of 12 deep breathing movements per minute with obtaining the spectrogram of RR intervals of heart rate and cycle duration histogram. respiratory, on which the spectrogram of the high frequency heart rate (IFRC) component of the obtained spectrogram graphically overlaps. Then visually, according to the position of the most pronounced maximum IFRC, which exceeds 2 s2 / Hz and the maximums, which exceed 50% of the amplitude of the most pronounced maximum and not less than 2 s2 / Hz, and the fashion of the respiratory cycle histogram, the type of cardiorespiratory correlation is assessed: the type of cardiorespiratory synchronization in a narrow range, the type of cardiorespiratory synchronization in a wide range, the type of cardiorespiratory desynchronization with the deviation of the maximum IFRC to the left, the type of cardiopulmonary desynchronization with the IF cardiorespiratory desynchronization with left and right maximum IFRC deviation, left-deflected cardiopulmonary synchronization / desynchronization type, right-deviation cardiorespiratory synchronization / desynchronization type cardiorespiratory.
