Abstract
The invention refers to medicine, especially vegetology, and is meant for estimating the cardiorespiratory correlations, can be used for monitoring the state of patients' health and for correcting the medical prescription.The method for estimating the correlation of the cardiac and respiratory rhythms consists in that it is carried out the synchronous recording of the electrocardiogram and pneumogram, realized at a controlled cycle of 12 deep respiratory movements per minute with the obtaining of the spectrogram of RR intervals of the cardiac rhythm and of the histogram of respiratory cycle duration, on which it is graphically superposed the spectrogram of the high-frequency component of the cardiac rhythm (HFCR) from the obtained spectrogram. Then visually, by the position of the most pronounced HFCR peak, exceeding 2 s2/Hz and of the peaks, exceeding 50% from the amplitude of the most pronounced peak and not less than 2 s2/Hz, and of the mode of the histogram of respiratory cycle duration, it is estimated the type of cardiorespiratory correlation, the type of narrow-band cardiorespiratory synchronization, the type of wide-band cardiorespiratory synchronization, the type of cardiorespiratory desynchronization with deviation of the HFCR peak to the left, the type of cardiorespiratory desynchronization with deviation of the HFCR peak to the right, the type of cardiorespiratory desynchronization with deviation of the HFCR to the left and to the right, the type of cardiorespiratory synchronization/desynchronization with deviation to the left, the type of cardiorespiratory synchronization/desynchronization with deviation to the right, the type of cardiorespiratory synchronization/desynchronization with deviation to the left and to the right or the areactive type of cardiorespiratory synchronization.
