Abstract

The invention relates to molecular biology, in particular to a method for decellularization of liver in experimental animals.According to the invention, experimental animals are euthanized in the room with carbon dioxide with the concentration of 5%, are fixed on the worktable, is delimited the operative field, is opened the abdominal cavity by the incision of midline of the body, is mobilized the portal vein and is ligated to the proximal end, is cannulated with a catheter, through which is perfused a solution containing distilled water in an amount of 1…1.5 L and 63 mL of citrate-phosphate-dextrose for 4…6 hours, then is perfused a sodium dodecyl sulfate solution with the concentration of 0.25% in an amount ofn 2…3 L, for 12…15 hours, afterwards is perfused a phosphate buffer solution with the concentration of 1% in a volume of 1.5 L, for 2…3 hours.
