Un immeuble, en particulier pour l'habitation, comportant une pluralité d'étages, l'immeuble comportant une ceinture intermédiaire (4), une ceinture extérieure (3), une pluralité de planchers s'étendant horizontalement entre la ceinture intermédiaire (4) et la ceinture extérieure (3) de manière à définir les étages dudit immeuble; une pluralité de logements disposés entre la ceinture intermédiaire (4) et la ceinture extérieure (3); au moins une pluralité de logements étant délimités au moins par une paroi de délimitation non porteuse (5) s'étendant entre la ceinture intermédiaire (4) et la ceinture extérieure (3), chaque logement comportant au moins un espace élémentaire (A1-A2) comportant au moins une gaine de réseaux (7) distante de la ceinture intermédiaire (4) d'une distance d'écartement (Dl) comprise entre 90cm et 140cm de manière à définir un passage de circulation entre la gaine de réseaux (7) et la ceinture intermédiaire (4).
