Abstract
La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de démontage d'un module de batterie usagée, comprenant un substrat. Un mécanisme de serrage, un mécanisme de coupe, une plate-forme de stockage, un boîtier de stockage, un mécanisme de traction et un mécanisme de liaison sont disposés au sommet du substrat; le mécanisme de liaison comprend une tige coulissante, un bloc coulissant, un cadre de liaison et une boîte de vitesses; le mécanisme de traction est fixé à l'extrémité du mécanisme de serrage la plus éloignée de la plate-forme de stockage; une extrémité d'un élément de traction du mécanisme de traction est reliée au mécanisme de coupe, et l'autre extrémité de l'élément de traction est reliée au bloc coulissant. Selon la présente invention, le mécanisme de serrage, le mécanisme de coupe, la plate-forme de stockage, le boîtier de stockage, le mécanisme de traction et le mécanisme de liaison permettent au mécanisme de serrage de serrer et de fixer une batterie à démonter, et lorsqu'une partie de coupe du mécanisme de coupe sectionne de manière mobile le boîtier de batterie, un bras de liaison du mécanisme de liaison peut être tiré au moyen du mécanisme de traction pour tourner de manière à entraîner la partie de serrage du mécanisme de serrage en rotation, de sorte que la batterie usagée peut être tirée et séparée vers deux côtés le long de l'ouverture de la rainure de coupe dans le boîtier, ce qui permet de réaliser la séparation automatique d'un noyau de batterie et du boîtier de batterie.
