Abstract
Est divulgué dans la présente invention un dispositif d'alimentation protégé contre la poussière pour l'alimentation et la lixiviation dans l'acide de poudre noire de batterie d'alimentation, comprenant un réservoir de lixiviation, une grille d'évacuation et un ensemble d'agitation de matériau. Le réservoir de lixiviation comprend un orifice d'alimentation. La grille d'évacuation est installée dans l'orifice d'alimentation et est pourvue d'un trou d'évacuation. L'ensemble d'agitation de matière comprend un élément d'agitation de matière et un dispositif d'entraînement. L'élément d'agitation de matière est disposé de façon mobile dans le trou d'évacuation, le dispositif d'entraînement est relié à l'élément d'agitation de matière, et le dispositif d'entraînement entraîne l'élément d'agitation de manière qu'il se déplace dans le trou d'évacuation. L'orifice d'alimentation de la présente invention est pourvu d'une grille d'évacuation pour empêcher un opérateur de tomber dans l'orifice d'alimentation. L'élément d'agitation de matière et le dispositif d'entraînement sont installés de façon à éliminer le phénomène de formation de pont de la poudre de batterie, et à empêcher la poudre de batterie de bloquer l'orifice d'alimentation.
