Abstract
La présente invention concerne une méthode de préparation d'un matériau de cathode ternaire avec un sel fondu et son utilisation. La méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : mélanger un sel de nickel, un sel de cobalt, un sel de manganèse, un oxyde métallique et une liqueur acide pour obtenir une solution de sel mélangé ; ajouter simultanément la solution de sel mélangé, une solution d'hydroxyde de sodium et de l'eau d'ammoniaque à une solution de base pour permettre une réaction et obtenir un précurseur ; et mélanger le précurseur, une source de lithium et un sel fondu, puis soumettre le mélange résultant à une frittage, un lavage à l'eau et un recuit pour obtenir le matériau de cathode ternaire. Dans la présente divulgation, un précurseur ternaire dopé au bismuth/antimoine est préparé, qui est fritté avec un sel fondu, au cours duquel l'oxyde de bismuth/antimoine est fondu dans le sel fondu, puis le mélange résultant est lavé à l'eau pour éliminer le sel fondu résiduel et l'oxyde de bismuth/antimoine, et recuit pour former une couche de revêtement sur une surface du matériau, ce qui peut améliorer les performances de cyclage du matériau.
