Abstract
A présente invention décrit un procédé permettant de réaliser la synthèse du composé zif-8 et de son composite chitosan@zif-8, notamment sous forme de billes, à partir d’oxyde de zinc et en présence d’acide acétique, ainsi que leur application industrielle. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : • la dissolution de zno en présence d’une faible quantité d’acide acétique • l’addition de 2-méthylimidazole en présence d’eau et/ou de méthanol sous des températures douces et la récupération du zf-8 à ce stade-ci ; ou • la formation des billes de chitosan@zif-8 à partir de chitosan, en utilisant toujours le zno comme précurseur métallique de zif-8, en présence d’acide acétique.The present invention describes a process for carrying out the synthesis of the compound zif-8 and its composite chitosan@zif-8, in particular in the form of beads, from zinc oxide and in the presence of acetic acid, as well as their industrial application. This process includes the following steps: • dissolution of zno in the presence of a small amount of acetic acid • addition of 2-methylimidazole in the presence of water and/or methanol under mild temperatures and recovery of zf -8 at this point; or • the formation of chitosan@zif-8 beads from chitosan, always using zno as a metallic precursor of zif-8, in the presence of acetic acid.
