Abstract
La présente invention divulgue une batterie rechargeable à système ‘autodiagnostic’. Généralement, les batteries rechargeables intègrent des composants de protection qui peuvent couper le courant et libérer des gaz lorsque la pression de la batterie atteint une limite prédéfinie. Dans la présente invention, la batterie comprend un dispositif cmos et un système interne pour la récolte d'énergie, embarqué dans une enveloppe extérieure métallique permettant de renforcer la sécurité de la batterie. Les capteurs intégrés avec des circuits électroniques peuvent être alimentés en utilisant l'énergie récupérée, provenant principalement de la variation de la pression interne de la batterie. Cette énergie mécanique peut être convertie en énergie électrique grâce à un matériau piézoélectrique. Le dispositif de diagnostic peut être intégré à l'intérieur du capuchon de la batterie et connecté sans fil au système de gestion de celle-ci.
