Abstract

L’invention concerne une souche bactérienne bacillus amyloliquefaciens qv15 (cect 9371), micro-organisme du groupe des bactéries gram +, genre bacillus, stimulant du métabolisme secondaire des composés phénoliques, améliorateur des extraits de fruit et de feuille de framboise et de fraise sur les enzymes associés à la régulation du glucose sanguin (alpha glucosidase), de l’hypertension (enzyme de conversion de l’angiotensine ace), et de l’inflammation (cyclo-oxygénase cox2). Cette souche a été isolée à partir de la rhizosphère de pinus pinea, dans la gélose nutritive (pca), et a été caractérisée du point de vue morphologique, biochimique et génétique au moyen du séquençage du gène 16s. Ladite souche peut être utilisée dans le but d’améliorer les propriétés des extraits par rapport à leur application sur des enzymes associés au syndrome métabolique ou afin de modifier le métabolisme secondaire pour améliorer les composés phénoliques dans des espèces végétales d’intérêt agronomique, pharmacologique et alimentaire, et obtenir une plus grande quantité de principes actifs et/ou de nouveaux aliments avec une teneur standard en phénols.
