Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de revêtement d'engrais au phosphate anti-humidité, anti-adhérence et anti-pulvérisation contenant des micronutriments du milieu ajoutés le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à: placer un engrais au phosphate vierge au niveau d'une extrémité avant d'un rouleau de revêtement, dans un disque ou un mélangeur ayant une fonction de mélange; une première pulvérisation d'une couche d'un liquide actif sur la surface de l'engrais; en premier lieu, pulvériser une couche d'un liquide actif sur la surface de l'engrais; et après que la surface de l'engrais granulaire est uniformément revêtue du liquide actif, pulvériser la surface de l'engrais granulaire avec une couche d'une poudre, faire réagir la poudre avec le liquide actif pour générer une couche d'une membrane barrière qui est insoluble dans l'eau ou légèrement soluble dans l'eau sur la surface de l'engrais granulaire, puis pulvériser une autre couche du liquide actif sur la surface de l'engrais granulaire, faire réagir le liquide actif avec la poudre à la surface de l'engrais granulaire, puis pulvériser la poudre sur la surface de l'engrais à nouveau pour créer une réaction, et ainsi de suite, le nombre de revêtements par ajout du liquide actif et de la poudre étant auto-ajusté en fonction de différentes conditions de revêtement d'engrais, de telle sorte que la couche barrière est plus solide, et l'effet de revêtement est meilleur. L'engrais au phosphate traité par le procédé présente des caractéristiques anti-humidité, anti-adhérence et anti-pulvérisation et fournit des micronutriments du milieu pour favoriser la croissance des cultures.A method of coating moisture-wicking, anti-stick, and anti-spray phosphate fertilizer containing added medium micronutrients; the method comprises the following steps of: placing a virgin phosphate fertilizer at a level of a front end of a coating roll, in a disc or mixer having a mixing function; a first spraying of a layer of an active liquid on the surface of the fertilizer; first, spray a layer of an active liquid on the surface of the fertilizer; and after the surface of the granular fertilizer is uniformly coated with the active liquid, spraying the surface of the granular fertilizer with a layer of a powder, reacting the powder with the active liquid to generate a layer of a barrier membrane which is insoluble in water or slightly soluble in water on the surface of the granular fertilizer, then spray another layer of the active liquid on the surface of the granular fertilizer, react the active liquid with the powder at the surface of the granular fertilizer, then spray the powder on the surface of the fertilizer again to create a reaction, and so on, the number of coatings by adding the active liquid and the powder being self-adjusted according to different fertilizer coating conditions, so that the barrier layer is more solid, and the coating effect is better. The phosphate fertilizer treated by the process exhibits anti-moisture, anti-stick and anti-spray characteristics and provides medium micronutrients to promote crop growth.
