Abstract
L'invention concerne un câble coaxial et son procédé de construction. Le câble coaxial comprend un élément conducteur central allongé ; une couche isolante diélectrique qui enrobe l'élément conducteur central ; une gaine protectrice externe et une couche de blindage emi tressée incluant un fil hybride pris en sandwich entre la couche isolante diélectrique et la gaine protectrice externe. Le fil hybride contient un filament non conducteur allongé et un filament de fil métallique conducteur continu allongé. Le filament de fil métallique est entrelacé en communication électrique avec lui-même ou d'autres filaments de fil métallique sur une longueur de la couche de blindage emi en vue de réaliser une protection de l'élément conducteur central au moins contre les perturbations emi, rfi ou esd. Le procédé inclut la réalisation d'un élément conducteur central ; la formation d'une couche isolante diélectrique entourant l'élément conducteur central ; le tressage d'une couche de blindage emi incluant un fil hybride autour de la couche isolante et la formation d'une gaine protectrice externe autour de la couche de blindage emi tressée.
