Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un élément solaire comprenant un résonateur basique agencé sur une structure diélectrique qui est constituée par une zone (5) ayant un amortissement électromagnétique minimal, dont un plan supérieur forme le plan d'incidence (3). La zone (5) ayant un amortissement électromagnétique minimal est transparente par rapport à l'onde électromagnétique incidente; la zone est limitée par les limites (6) de variations de propriétés de matière et au moins un résonateur (4) bidimensionnel (2d)-tridimensionnel (3d) est entouré par le diélectrique (10) et configuré dans la structure diélectrique. La zone (5) ayant un amortissement électromagnétique minimal est couplée à au moins une autre zone (20) présentant une fréquence de résonance différente du résonateur basique et le système est terminé soit dans l'espace libre, soit par un élément solaire (système) prévu pour absorber toute la quantité de l'énergie restante fournie par l'onde électromagnétique incidente.
