Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع بمبادل حراري لتوليد البخار في محطات الطاقة الشمسية، يشمل: غلافا خارجيا له أنبوب مدخل و أنبوب مخرج لتفريغ حرارة الوسط ،مُجمع مدخل ومُجمع مخرج لوسط امتصاص الحرارة، الماء تفضيلا، تم ترتيب مُجمع المدخل ومُجمع المخرج بشكل جلي داخل الغلاف الخارجي، تم إعداد حزمة من الأنابيب داخل الغلاف الخارجي،لها العديد من دعامات الأنابيب مع أنابيب مخترقة تم تكييفها بحيث يتم تغطيتها بالكامل من قِبل وسط لفقدان الحرارة والتي تم انجازها كمسارات للتدفق لوسط امتصاص الحرارة من مُجمع المدخل إلى مُجمع المخرج ، حزمة الأنابيب هي على شكل تعرجات. تم تصميم المبادل الحراري لتوليد البخار وفقا لمبدأ السريان القسري، بحيث أن وسط امتصاص الحرارة المختزن في مُجمع المدخل يخضع، في مسار التدفق، تبخيرا تسخينا مفرطا،بحيث يتم تفريغ البخار الفائق التسخين من مُجمع المخرج ، في حين أن الطاقة اللازمة للتسخين المسبق، التبخير والتسخين المفرط يتم توفيرها أساسا فقط من خلال نقل الحرارة إلى وسط امتصاص الحرارة داخل المبادل الحراري.
