Abstract
LA PRÉSENTE INVENTION DÉCRIT UNE MÉTHODE ET UN APPAREIL POUR LA DÉPHOSPHORATION DES EFFLUENTS LIQUIDES BRUTS DES INSTALLATIONS DE PRODUCTION D'ENGRAIS PAR PRÉCIPITATION DU PHOSPHORE DE L'AZOTE ET DU MAGNÉSIUM SOUS FORME DE CRISTAL À VALEUR AJOUTÉE. CETTE MÉTHODE PASSE PAR LES ÉTAPES SUIVANTES : (A) INTRODUCTION DES EFFLUENTS BRUTS DANS UN RÉACTEUR AGITÉ, (B) L'UTILISATION DE L'EAU DE MER DANS LE PROCESSUS DE PRODUCTION DES ENGRAIS PHOSPHORÉS SERVANT COMME SOURCE IMPORTANTE DE MAGNÉSIUM. (C) NEUTRALISATION DE L'ACIDITÉ DES EFFLUENTS PAR L'ADDITION DU NAOH 2N QUI PERMET EN OUTRE DE LES EXPOSER AUX CONDITIONS AMBIANTES DE PH (8 À 9) ET DE RAPPORTS STOECHIOMÉTRIQUES NÉCESSAIRES POUR LA PRÉCIPITATION DE CRISTAUX PHOSPHORÉS, (D) RÉCUPÉRATION D'UNE PARTIE DES CRISTAUX DU RÉACTEUR D'AUTRES CRISTAUX SERVENT COMME SUPPORT DE GERMINATION.L'APPAREIL PROPOSÉ COMPORTE UNE UNITÉ DE CONCENTRATION DES CRISTAUX ET UNE UNITÉ DE RÉCUPÉRATION DES CRISTAUX.
