Abstract

SEMELLE POUR CHAUSSURES DU TYPE ETANCHE A L'EAU ET PERMEABLE A LA VAPEUR, ET CHAUSSURE POURVUE DE LADITE SEMELLE Une semelle (10, 100, 200, 300) pour des chaussures, du type étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur, comprenant : - un élément inférieur (11, 111, 211, 311) réalisé en une matière plastique, sur lequel une semelle d'usure (12) pourvue d'une pluralité de trous traversants (13) est formée ; - une membrane (14, 214, 314) qui est imperméable à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur d'eau et qui est agencée au-dessus dudit élément inférieur (11, 111, 211, 311) de manière à être superposée aux trous traversants (13), la membrane étant jointe au niveau du périmètre et hermétiquement à au moins un composant de la semelle (10, 100, 200, 300) de manière à empêcher la montée de liquides à travers la semelle ; - des moyens perméables à la vapeur ou perforés (17) pour protéger la membrane (14, 214, 314), qui sont agencés au-dessous de la membrane (14, 214, 314) de manière à être superposés à la région des trous (13). La semelle comporte des moyens (17) pour protéger la membrane (14, 214, 314) comprenant des éléments de protection (18, 118, 218, 318) individuels perméables à la vapeur ou perforés, agencés chacun de manière à bloquer un trou traversant (13) correspondant. L'élément inférieur (11, 111, 211, 311) forme, pour chaque trou traversant (13), une région en retrait (19, 119, 219a, 219c, 219d, 219e) pour empêcher une extraction vers le bas pour chaque élément de protection (18, 118, 218, 318).
