Abstract

Dispositif destiné à équiper les canettes de boisson pour permettre de les ouvrir facilement, puis de les refermer de manière hermétique après décapsulage. L'invention concerne seulement le couvercle (C) des canettes; le réceptacle (R) est le même que pour les canettes d'usage. Le but de l'invention est de conserver le liquide dans un bon état pour la consommation, et d'éviter de le répandre, en cas de renversement accidentel de la canette. Ce dispositif remplis deux fonctions; il permet d'ouvrir facilement la canette, ensuite, de la refermer, en cas de besoin. Le dispositif est constitué du couvercle (C) fixe, dans lequel sera réalisé l'orifice (25) servant à distribuer le liquide, et d'un battant (B) mobile, lui-même constitué de deux pièces détachables. Le battant (B) s'articule via un pivot (10) avec un support (5), qui est fixé sur le couvercle (C) par rivetage. Les deux parties (1) et (2) du battant (B) constituent au départ une même pièce. Leur jonction est affaiblie par une feuillure (14), qui facilitera leur séparation par la suite. Le couvercle (C) comporte une ligne frangible (9) qui décrit la majeur partie du contour de l'orifice (25), et suivant laquelle, la puce (3) se détache du couvercle (C). En tirant sur le capuchon (1), Le battant fait un mouvement de rotation autour du pivot (10); le médiateur (2) s'enfonce par le bec (11) dans le couvercle (C) et déclenche l'ouverture, qui se poursuit au fur et à mesure du mouvement du battant (B). La puce (3) se détache du couvercle sur tout son périmètre, sauf sur la ligne de pli (21). A la fin du mouvement du battant (B), le médiateur est bloqué par une saillie (12) que comporte la puce. En continuant de tirer dans le même sens, le capuchon (1) se détache du médiateur (2) par la rupture de leur jonction au niveau de la feuillure (14). Le capuchon est alors libéré, et vient recouvrir l'orifice (25). Une fois la canette refermée, le capuchon (1) peut recevoir une paille, au sein d'un fourreau (15), couvert initialement par une membrane métallique fine, comportant une encoche en forme de croix, servant à faciliter son percement.
