Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un dispositif permettant d'établir et/ou de maintenir des conditions définies de température et d'hygrométrie dans un local, le procédé comprenant la réalisation des étapes suivantes : ¿ le remplissage en eau d'un réservoir d'alimentation (1) ; ¿ le passage de l'eau contenue dans le réservoir d'alimentation (1) dans des tubes (3) ou des éléments profilés creux (3) d'un évaporateur / échangeur (2) ; ¿ l'exsudation d'une partie de l'eau sur les parois externes desdits tubes (3) ou desdits éléments profilés creux (3), ¿ la constitution d'un mince film d'eau sur lesdites parois externes ; ¿ l¿évaporation subséquente de ce film d'eau provoquant un refroidissement de l'eau circulant dans les tubes (3) ; ¿ la génération d'un flux d'air à refroidir à l'aide de moyens de ventilation (7) ; ¿ la pulvérisation de l'eau réfrigérée dans ledit flux d'air à l'aide de moyens de pulvérisation (6) afin de créer un flux d'air humidifié et refroidi.
