Abstract
Izgudrojums ir izmantojams metalurg̒ijā ı̄paši augsta titāna satura dzelzs sakausējuma iegūšanai ar kūstoša elektroda pārkausēšanu elektriskā loka krāsnı̄, kas papildināta ar elektromagnētisku sistēmu impulsveida magnētiskā lauka radı̄šanai. Sakausējums ir izmantojams par ligatūru tērauda ar augstām fizikālajām un mehāniskajām ı̄pašı̄bām ražošanai. Sakausējuma iegūšanai izmanto maisı̄jumu no rutila, dzelzs un/vai tērauda metāllūžn̦iem, oglekl̦a pulveri un/vai koksu, kal̦k̦i un alumı̄nija pulveri. Tos zem kušn̦u slān̦a kausē kā kūstošu elektrodu metāla čaulā. Kušn̦u slān̦a reg̒ionā ir uzlikts papildus impulsveida magnētiskais lauks, kas iedarbojas, pirmkārt, uz caurplūstošo strāvu un, otrkārt, uz kristalizācijas reg̒ionu, veicinot k̦ı̄miskās reakcijas un uzlabojot kristalizācijas struktūru. Šādi iespējams iegūt sakausējumu, kas satur komponentes šādās attiecı̄bās, masas %: titāns – 70-80 %; dzelzs – 12-17 %; alumı̄nijs – 3-6 %, piemaisı̄jumi – lı̄dz 2,6 %.
