Izgudrojums attiecas uz siltumtehnikas nozari, konkrētāk uz ēku iekštelpu mikroklimata uzturēšanas sistēmām. Izgudrojuma sistēma izmanto notekūdeņu enerģiju apkures, karstā ūdens un brīvdzesēšanas nodrošināšanai iekštelpās un satur šādu sistēmu vadības paņēmienus.
