Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de control de agua para las instalaciones de fontanería en agua fría y caliente, de consumo o de calefacción y de aguas grises de una vivienda, local o edificio, que aumenta la eficiencia hídrica y/o energética de la instalación mediante un método de funcionamiento con el que se consigue la reducción del consumo de agua o de la energía empleada en su consumo y tratamiento: la detección y el control de fugas de agua, la evitación del consumo de agua fría que se produce mientras se espera la salida de agua caliente, la disminución de la energía necesaria para consumir agua caliente, la reducción del consumo de agua cuando se emplea para aseo junto a un jabón, espuma o similar, la medición y control de la proliferación de bacterias de Legionella y otros microorganismos, la limpieza de tuberías, y en general, el seguimiento de las variables de control de una instalación de fontanería y su visualización e interacción por parte de un usuario o un sistema informático inteligente y autónomo.
