Abstract

The invention addresses the problem of complete disposal of solid household and other organic waste including poisoned disposable materials and biomaterials. The invention includes the method of pyrolysis (gasification) of domestic and other waste and equipment for implementation of the method. In the first stage, waste such as domestic, medical, plastic waste, and other waste is crushed, dried and preheated with gases coming from the heat exchanger. After that, the waste is fed into the working chamber and the dosing system compresses the doses of the material to exclude the possibility of too much air entering the technological chamber together with the gasified material. The material in the technological chamber of the reactor is first heated through the reactor walls, and is additionally heated in the second technological chamber; at the same time, the material is slowly moved along the reactor chamber. Liquid hydrocarbon fractions and soot deposited on the walls of the separator during cooling; they are transferred back to the technological chamber and reheated, as a result of which complex hydrocarbons decompose to form simple hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and carbonizate. The purified gas is burned in the burner of a steam generator or heater or fed into an internal combustion engine connected to an electric generator.
