The content of the ingredients in the composition is% by weight: cement - from 10 to 14%, lime - from 4.5 to 6.0%, quartz sand from 30 to 35%, gravel - from 32 to 33%, water - from 2% , 3 to 2.8%, castor oil - 4.6 to 7%, tall oil ester - 0.8 to 1.5% and polyisocyanate - 9 to 11%. The composition is obtained by forming an emulsion of castor oil and tallow oil ester mixture in water followed by mixing the resulting emulsion with a mixture of polyisocyanate and polyisocyanate containing the remaining dry ingredients in the mixture. The invention makes it possible to reduce the coagulation time.
