Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz mašīnbūvi un var tikt izmantots spēka piedziņās, dzesēšanas un eļļošanas sistēmās dažādu mehānismu, tostarp dzinēju, apkalpošanai, kā arī šķidrumu un gāzu pārsūknēšanai. Piedāvātais trohoidālais sūknis satur korpusu ar diviem uzgaļiem, iekšējo pārsūknēšanas mehānismu, vārpstu un divus vāciņus un ir raksturīgs ar to, ka korpusa galos uzstādāmie vāciņi iekšējā galā ir apstrādāti tā, lai nodrošinātu slīdkontaktu ar virzuli. Vāciņa galā no ārpuses ir izvirpota josliņa centrēšanai attiecībā pret čaulu, bet centrā ir caurums priekš vārpstas balsta. Vārpstai ir cilindrisks izcilnis, lai kustīgi uzsēdinātu virzuli ar ekscentrisitāti e attiecībā pret vārpstas asi, un uz āru izvirzīta daļa, kas ir savienota ar rotācijas piedziņu. Galvenā pārsūknēšanas mehānisma daļa ir virzulis, kuram ir plakani gali slīdkontakta veidošanai ar vāciņu galiem, centrālā atvere, lai kustīgā sēžā uzsēdinātu virzuli uz vārpstas izciļņa, un ārējā virsma, ko veido hipotrohoid
