Abstract

The invention refers to the hydraulic and pneumatic pumps with rotor which can be used for liquids or gases transfer between tanks or for pumping mentioned mediums for cooling, lubricating, or hydraulic actuation, in particular on internal combustion engines (Fig.1). The offered trochoidal pump consisting of housing with two fittings, internal pumping mechanism with shaft and two caps is characterised in that internal ends of the caps, installed at the ends of housing, are machined to assure sliding contact with piston, their external part has shoulder for centring with sleeve and there is opening in the central part to support the shaft. The housing is made as a shell, enclosing the sleeve, covering the grooves on the sleeve surface and provided with threaded holes for fittings over the channels. The shaft has cylindrical cam for running fit of the piston with eccentricity e with respect to the shaft and end extension for connection with drive.The piston is principal part of the pumping mechanism and has flat ends for sliding contact on the cap ends, central hole for running fit on the shaft cam as well as outer surface shaped by epytrochoid. The housing contains the sleeve, which ends provided with sockets to interfit with centring band of the cap, the external surface has cylindrical or other geometry and provided with seal grooves and connection grooves, each of which is connected by two channel holes in the sleeve body with internal cavity, which cross section is broken curve of epytrochoid.
