Claims (1)

  1. LV 13463 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. No skuju un lapu koku zaļajām daļām sastāvošu augu valsts izejvielu pārstrādes metode, kas balstās uz to ekstrakciju ar organisku 5 šķīdinātāju, kam seko vasku izdalīšana ar nostādināšanu,dzesējot un filtrējot, brīvo skābju atdalīšana no iegūtā ekstraktvielu šķīduma ogļūdeņraža šķīdinātājā ar sārmu šķīdumu, iegūtā neitralizētā šķīduma sadalīšana neitrālo vielu šķīdumā ogļūdeņraža šķīdinātājā un organisko skābju sāļu ūdens-sārma šķīdumā, sāļu ūdens-sārma 10 šķīduma paskābināšana ar neorganisku vai organisku skābi, hlorofilīnskābju un taukskābju un sveķskābju frakcijas izdalīšana no tā nostādinot, kam seko diterpēnskābju un augstāko taukskābju kopuma sadalīšana, šķīdinātāja atdestilēšana no neitrālajām vielām un neitrālo vielu sadalīšana, raksturīga ar to, ka diterpēnskābju un augstāko 15 taukskābju kopums tiek apstrādāts mazmolekulārā spirtā, kā katalizatoru pievienojot sērskābi, tiek atdestilēts spirts un ar neorganisku bāzi tiek neitralizētas diterpēnskābes un katalizators, ar ogļūdeņraža ekstrahentu tiek veikta augstāko taukskābju esteru ekstrahēšana, ūdens-sārma šķīdums tiek paskābināts, un ar 20 ogļūdeņraža šķīdinātāju tiek ekstrahētas atdalījušās diterpēnskābes, tiek atdestilēts šķīdinātājs līdz diterpēnskābju koncentrācijai 30-50% un tiek iegūts repelents pret grauzējiem, bet neitrālās vielas sekojoši tiek ekstrahētas ar acetonu un Cļ-CaSpirtu, pie kam neitrālo vielu masas attiecība pret ekstrahentu ir no 1:2 līdz 1:5, tad, apstrādājot ar 25 acetonu, tiek iegūti augstāko taukskābju esteru ar triterpēnspirtiem, sterīniem un augstākiem taukspirtiem koncentrāti un acetonā šķīstošs atlikums, pēc tam, pārstrādājot atlikumu ar spirtu, tiek atdalīts diterpēnspirtu kopums no spirtā nešķīstošiem savienojumiem, kurus, pārziepojot ar sārma spirta šķīdumu, tiek iegūts poliprenolu 30 koncentrāts, no kura, izmantojot hromatogrāfiju uz silikagela vielas un sorbenta attiecībā 1:10 un izmantojot heksānu un heksānu ar 5 tilpuma% dietilētera piedevu, un heksānu ar 10 tilpuma% dietilētera piedevu sorbenta un šķīdinātāja attiecībā 1:1, tiek izdalīti poliprenoli.
