Abstract

This invention pertains to agriculture. It can be applied to obtain an organic fertilizer with the use of muckworms by processing manure or organic wastes. The raw material processing can take place outdoors. The offered technique includes stacking fermented raw materials in layers, putting in muckworms, composting followed by separation of the biohumus and muckworms. This technique is distinguished with the fact that the first layer is stacked on separating bedding. This will keep moles in the ground away from the stacks of processed raw material. Thus the introduced worm specimens are protected.

Description

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the technology of obtaining organic fertilizers by processing manure or organic waste by means of earthworms.

A method for obtaining a biohumus selected as a prototype is known (USSR aut. App. N 1724658). By this method, the earthworms are placed in a stock piled on a soil up to a height of 15 cm. After composting and separation of earthworms, the resulting biohumus is dried and mechanically treated.

Zināmā paņēmiena trūkums ir izejvielā ievadītās vermi kultūras produktivitātes samazināšanās, ja to daļēji vai pilnīgi iznicina no augsnes izejvielas stirpiņās salīdušie kurmji.A disadvantage of the known technique is the reduction of the productivity of the vermi culture introduced into the raw material when it is partially or completely destroyed by moles that have become dormant from the soil raw material.

The object of the present invention is to prevent moles from penetrating earthworms into the recyclable mass.

Paklāju var izveidot no polietilēna plēves, ruberoida, metāla sieta (caurumi līdzThis objective is achieved by stacking the raw material on a separating mat after fermentation. The carpet can be made of polyethylene film, ruberoid, metal mesh (holes to

mm),no blīviem dēļiem. The carpet can also serve as a concreted area, which also prevents moles from entering the soil in lilacs. It is not necessary to separate the sides of the lilac, as moles can only pass through the direct contact point of the soil and the crop to be processed.

Piemērs.Example.

Izejvielu pēc fermentācijas procesa sakrauj uz atdaloša paklāja 10-15 cm augstā stirpiņā, kuras platums nepārsniedz paklāja platumu. Tādā veidā sakrautā izejvielā ieliek sliekas 2 līdz 2 tūkstošiem populāciju uz lm”. Kompostēšanas procesa laikā uztur pārstrādājamās masas optimālo mitrumu (60-80% no kopējās mitruma ietilpības), ja nepieciešams, aplejot masu ar ūdeni. Beidzoties pirmā slāņa kompostēšanas procesam (10-15 diennaktis), uz tā sakrauj otru fermentētās izejvielas slāni. Sliekas no pirmā slaņa pārlien otrajā - augšējā slānī. Kopējais stirpiņās augstums var būt 3-4 slāņi. Slieku atdalīšanu no pārstrādātās masas var veikt, noņemot augšējo slāni,kurā salīdušas sliekas no apakšējiem slāņiem. After the fermentation process, the raw material is stacked on a separating mat in a 10-15 cm high shingle not exceeding the width of the mat. In this way, 2 to 2 thousand populations per lm of earthworms are placed in the stacked stock. ' During the composting process, the optimum moisture content of the recycled mass (60-80% of the total moisture capacity) is maintained, if necessary by dipping the mass with water. At the end of the first layer of composting (10-15 days), a second layer of fermented raw material is stacked on it. The earthworms from the first layer pass through the second layer to the upper layer. The total height of the lilac can be 3-4 layers. Separation of earthworms from the recycled mass can be done by removing the top layer where the earthworms from the bottom layers collide.

Praktiskie novērojumi parādija,ka jebkura veida atdalošais paklājs pilnīgi novērš kurmju iekļūšanu pārstrādājamās masas stirpiņās. Līdz ar to maksimāli saglabājas masā ievadāmā vermi kultūra. Atdalošais paklājs neietekmē iegūtā produkta (biohumusa) kvalitāti.Practical observations have shown that any type of separating mat completely prevents moles from entering the recyclable mass reinforcements. As a result, vermi culture injected into the mass is preserved to the maximum. The separating mat does not affect the quality of the product obtained (biohumus).
