Claims (4)
- REVENDICATIONS 600766 1, une structure de dissipation thermique de batterie basée sur un milieu de transfert de chaleur a changement de phase, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un bloc-batterie, ledit bloc-batterie est pourvu d'une plaque de couverture sur le dessus, ledit bloc-batterie est pourvu d'une pluralité de batteries de puissance cylindriques disposées uniformément à l'intérieur du bloc-batterie, lesdites batteries de puissance cylindriques sont pourvues d'une couche de matériau d'électrode négative et d'une couche de matériau d'électrode positive, ladite couche de matériau d'électrode négative est pourvue d'un second diaphragme en céramique entre la couche de matériau d'électrode négative et la couche de matériau d'électrode positive, ladite couche de matériau d'électrode positive est pourvue d'un premier diaphragme en céramique à la périphérie, ledit premier diaphragme en céramique est pourvu d'une structure d'exosquelette entre la pluralité de batteries de puissance cylindriques à l'intérieur du bloc-batterie. Le premier diaphragme en céramique est pourvu à la périphérie d'une couche de fluide caloporteur à changement de phase, et une structure exosquelette est prévue entre plusieurs corps de batteries de puissance cylindriques à l'intérieur de l'ensemble de batteries.
- 2. Structure de dissipation de la chaleur d'une batterie basée sur un milieu de transfert de chaleur à changement de phase selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que : ladite structure d'exosquelette est un matériau composite à gradient fonctionnel façonné avec une conductivité thermique élevée.
- 3. Structure de dissipation de la chaleur d'une batterie basée sur un milieu de transfert de chaleur à changement de phase selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que : ledit matériau composite est spécifiquement du graphite expansé ayant une structure poreuse anisotrope.
- 4. Structure de dissipation de la chaleur d'une batterie basée sur un milieu de transfert de chaleur à changement de phase selon la revendication 1,caractérisée par le fait qu'une plaque d'égalisation de la chaleur est placée au 600166 fond de ladite batterie et qu'une pluralité d'ailettes de dissipation de la chaleur sont placées a l'extrémité de ladite plaque d'égalisation de la chaleur.
