Description
EXTERNAL COMPRESS FOR TREATING HERPES ZOSTER 609077
The invention relates to the technical field of medical drugs, and in particular to an external compress for treating herpes zoster.
Traditional Chinese medical science believes that herpes zoster is often caused by factors such as emotional disorders, liver qi stagnation; due to irregular diet, emotional disorders, or chronic illness and physical weakness, the spleen and stomach function may be disrupted; the impaired transport function of the spleen, water and dampness stagnate in the body, leading to the endogenous generation of dampness and heat over time; external pathogenic factors leads to the accumulation of dampness, heat and fire toxins in the skin. Elderly and weak individuals often experience severe pain due to blood deficiency, liver hyperactivity, dampness and heat toxicity, and stagnation of qi and blood.
Characteristics of the disease: herpes zoster lesions are generally unilaterally distributed, with normal skin between herpes groups; the lesions are distributed in a band-like manner and do not cross the mid-line of the body; the rash initially manifests as an asymmetrical, unilateral erythema or maculopapular rash, and the lesions usually last for 2 weeks to 3 weeks until the scab disappears; the rash usually appears within 12 hours to 24 hours, and those who appear after 72 hours of prodromal symptoms are easily misdiagnosed; a very small number of patients only have skin pain after the prodromal period, but no rash, which is called "rash-free herpes zoster".
Parts of disease: chest, ribs, waist and back account for about 60 percent, head, face and neck account for about 30 percent, waist and back account for about 10 percent; since it often occurs in the chest, ribs, waist and back, folk Chinese medical science calls it "waist snake", girdling fire cinnabar, snake string sore, spider sore, etc.
Clinical manifestations: herpes zoster often occurs in spring and autumn, with or without prodromal symptoms; headache, photophobia, and malaise may occur, and fever is usually rare; changes in tactile sensitivity and burning, tingling, throbbing, or electric shock-like pain are the most typical manifestations of pain.
Common complications of herpes zoster are as follows: (1) post herpetic neuralgia, pain that persists for more than 4 weeks after the rash subsides; or pain that recurs for more than 4 weeks after the pain has subsided; 600977 (2) herpes zoster ophthalmicus, the most common ocular complications of herpes zoster comprise keratitis, ptosis, scleritis, iridocyclitis, secondary glaucoma, cataracts, and extraocular muscle paralysis may also occur; (3) the triad of ear herpes facial paralysis, ear pain, and external auditory canal herpes is called
Ramsay Hunt syndrome; (4) visceral herpes zoster, caused by the virus invading the visceral nerves.
Before the onset of herpes zoster, there are prodromal symptoms such as general discomfort and fatigue; the affected area has neuralgia, skin hypersensitivity, etc.; unilateral rash that does not cross the mid-line of the body and clustered blisters can be diagnosed as herpes zoster.
Herpes zoster should be differentiated from patients with skin rash diseases (herpes simplex, contact dermatitis, insect bite dermatitis, skin diseases) and local pain (chest pain and angina pectoris, costal myalgia, costochondritis, pleurisy, esophageal lesions, waist and abdomen and ulcer diseases, biliary tract lesions, renal colic, etc.) or abnormal skin sensation.
There are many kinds of drugs for treating herpes zoster, comprising western medicine,
Chinese patent medicine, etc. The defect of these existing drugs for treating herpes zoster is that they cannot completely cure the symptoms of herpes zoster, and herpes zoster often recurs at the affected site, causing damage to the patient's body and economic burden.
The technical problem to be addressed by the invention is to overcome the defects of the technologies mentioned hereinabove and provide an external compress for treating herpes zoster.
To address the technical problems mentioned hereinabove, the technical solution provided by the invention is an external compress for treating herpes zoster, wherein it is prepared from the following medicinal materials in part by weight: 9 parts to 32 parts of Ipomoea cairica, 2 parts to 18 parts of Lysimachia christinae Hance, and 2 parts to 14 parts of Erigeron annuus.
As an improvement of the invention, it is prepared from the following medicinal materials in part by weight: 12 parts to 26 parts of Ipomoea cairica, 4 parts to 12 parts of Lysimachia christinae
Hance, and 4 parts to 10 parts of Erigeron annuus.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is prepared from the following medicinal materials in part by weight: 18 parts of Ipomoea cairica, 6 parts of Lysimachia christinae Hance,
and 6 parts of Erigeron annuus. 600977
A preparation method of the external compress for treating herpes zoster, comprising the following steps: step (1): cleaning and soaking: removing impurities from Ipomoea cairica, Lysimachia christinae Hance, and Erigeron annuus mentioned hereinabove; after rinsing them clean, soaking them in room temperature water for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. step (2): drying: drying the surface moisture of the soaked Ipomoea cairica, Lysimachia christinae Hance, and Erigeron annuus in the sun; step (3): baking: baking the Ipomoea cairica, Lysimachia christinae Hance, and Erigeron annuus respectively with fire until the Ipomoea cairica, Lysimachia christinae Hance, and Erigeron annuus are cooked; step (4): juicing: putting the baked Ipomoea cairica, Lysimachia christinae Hance, and
Erigeron annuus into a juicer for juicing; step (5): filtering; filtering the liquid after juicing to obtain the medicine.
The invention also provides an external compress for treating herpes zoster, the drug comprises the drug mentioned hereinabove and other pharmaceutically acceptable physical forms.
As an improvement of the invention, the drug is in the form of paste, liquid or powder.
As an improvement of the invention, the invention also provides the use of the drug mentioned hereinabove in the preparation of the drug for treating herpes zoster.
The pharmacological properties of the Chinese medicinal materials used are as follows:
Ipomoea cairica: sweet in taste; cold in nature; it enters the liver, lung, kidney, and bladder meridians; it can clear away heat and dampness, detoxify and reduce swelling, relieve cough and reduce body temperature; it treats fever and cough blood;
Lysimachia christinae Hance: sweet in nature; slightly bitter; cool in nature; it enters the liver, gallbladder, kidney, and bladder meridians; it can treat symptoms caused by water retention and gonorrhea by promoting urination, clear away heat and detoxifies, disperse blood stasis and reduce swelling; it mainly treats urinary tract stones, damp-heat jaundice, heat-toxic carbuncle, and snake bites;
Erigeron annuus: sweet and bitter in taste, cool in nature; it enters the stomach and large intestine meridians; it helps digestion antidiarrheal, clears away heat and detoxifies, and treats malaria. LU600071
