Abstract

The invention relates to the field of internal tool structures of biochemical laboratories, in particular to a storage rack for biochemical laboratory devices, which comprises a base and a pallet structure arranged on the base; the pallet structure comprises a holder assembly and a plurality of pallet units installed on the holder assembly; the holder assembly comprises a plurality of annular fixing frames spaced from each other and a transverse supporting frame for fixing the annular fixing frames; the pallet unit comprises a pallet main body, and the surface of the pallet main body is provided with a plurality of station ports; an arc positioning plate is arranged at each station port; the pallet main body is installed at the inner side of the annular fixing frame, and a through hole is arranged at the center of the station port.

TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the field of internal tool structures in biochemical laboratories, and in particular to a storage rack for biochemical laboratory devices.
BACKGROUND
When biochemical experiments are carried out, a large number of glass devices are used, such as measuring cups, which need to be cleaned and placed in collections before and after use.
At present, in biochemical experiments, measuring cups are mainly placed through storage racks.
When the current storage racks are used, there are problems that measuring cups are not placed firmly and the number of measuring cups is small. Based on the technical defects of the existing storage racks, this patent improves its structure.

Further, the outer side of the arc positioning plate is provided with a fixing ear, and the fixing ear is fixedly connected with the pallet main body through bolts.
Further, the side faces of the annular fixing frame are fixedly connected through a fixed plate; the base is fixedly provided with a guiding plate, and the side surface of the guiding plate is provided with a guiding rail; the side surface of the fixed plate is provided with a guiding sleeve which is sleeved on the outer side of the guiding rail; a push rod motor is fixedly installed on the guiding plate, and the output end of the push rod motor is connected with the guiding 905647 sleeve.

Embodiment 1
As shown in Figs. 1-5, a storage rack for biochemical laboratory devices comprises a base 1 and a pallet structure arranged on the base 1; the pallet structure comprises a holder assembly and a plurality of pallet units installed on the holder assembly; the holder assembly comprises a plurality of annular fixing frames 2 spaced from each other and a transverse supporting frame 3 for fixing the annular fixing frames 2; the pallet unit comprises a pallet main body 4, and the surface of the pallet main body 4 is provided with a plurality of station ports 5; an arc positioning plate 6 is arranged at the station port 5; the pallet main body 4 is installed at the inner side of the annular fixing frame 2; a through hole 7 is arranged at the center of the station port 5.
The outer side of the arc positioning plate 6 is provided with a fixing ear 8, and the fixing ear 8 is fixedly connected with the pallet main body 4 through bolts.

The through hole 7 at the center of the station port 5 makes the cavity inside the measuring cup communicate with the outside, and keeps the gas inside the measuring cup circulating with the outside.
