Abstract

The invention provides a PCR sealing film with a strong sealability related to the technical field of experimental equipment, comprising a bearing plate; a sealing film main body is provided on the lower surface of the bearing plate, and a mounting housing is fixedly provided on the upper surface of the bearing plate. An adjustment mechanism is provided at the center of the upper surface of the mounting housing, and an inner partition plate is provided inside the mounting housing. A first limit mechanism is provided in the interior of the mounting housing and is located above the inner partition plate, and a second limit mechanism is provided in the interior of the mounting housing and is located below the inner partition plate. The invention allows the press lever to push the second connecting rod to move, through the cooperation between the first fixture blocks and the clamping grooves.

DESCRIPTION
A PCR SEALING FILM WITH A STRONG SEALABILITY
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the technical field of laboratory equipment, in particular to a
PCR sealing film with a strong sealability.
BACKGROUND
PCR plates are applied to place some specific experimental reagents, and PCR plates need to be sealed by sealing films during transportation and storage. For instance, the patent with application No. 202022266520.0 provides a sealing film for PCR plates, which comprises a polymer sheet. The polymer sheet is provided with a number of convex columns penetrating up and down, and the openings of the convex columns penetrate through the polymer sheet. The polymer sheet is provided with a transparent polymer film made of transparent material on the side of the polymer sheet away from the convex columns. The above technical solution can reduce the plate’s contamination caused by the sealing film’s adhesive, with better UV transmission rate and heat resistance; the structure is simple without the arrangement of a highly complicated connection structure.
However, the sealing film of the PCR plate has poor sealability by adopting the above technical solution, leading to contamination and damage of the experimental reagents in the PCR plate by external factors, thus affecting the accuracy of the experimental results. In addition, it is easy to produce position deviation when filming,
which is inconvenient to use. Therefore, the invention provides a PCR sealing film with strong sealability.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
To address the shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides a PCR sealing film with strong sealability, which solves the problems of contamination and damage of the experimental reagents in the PCR plate by external factors and the effect of the accuracy of the experimental results.
To achieve the above objects, the technical solution adopted in the invention is as follows:
A PCR sealing film with strong sealability comprises a bearing plate, the lower surface of the bearing plate is provided with a sealing film main body, and the lower surface of the sealing film main body is provided in even distribution with a number of sealing covers; each of the sealing covers is provided with a sealing column on the lower surface, and each of the sealing columns is provided with a guide limit ring at the bottom; the upper surface of the bearing plate is fixedly provided with a mounting housing, and the upper surface of the mounting housing is provided with an adjustment mechanism at the center; the mounting housing is provided inside the inner partition plate, a first limit mechanism is provided in the interior of the mounting housing and is located above the inner partition plate, and a second limit mechanism is provided in the interior of the mounting housing and is located below the inner partition plate.
Preferably, the adjustment mechanism comprises a press lever and moving mounting blocks, the press lever is movably provided at the center of the upper surface of the mounting housing, and the moving mounting blocks are fixedly provided with mounting sliding blocks.
Preferably, the mounting sliding blocks are slidingly provided in the limit sliding grooves; the moving mounting blocks are provided with auxiliary push rods on the surface of both ends; the moving mounting blocks are fixedly provided with limit rods on the surface of the side of the moving mounting blocks near the press lever.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1-10, a PCR sealing film with a strong sealability comprises a bearing plate 1, the lower surface of the bearing plate 1 is provided with a sealing film main body 2, and the lower surface of the sealing film main body 2 is provided in even distribution with a number of sealing covers 201; each of the sealing covers 201 is provided with a sealing column 202 on the lower surface, and each of the sealing columns 202 is provided with an guide limit ring 203 at the bottom; the upper surface of the bearing plate 1 is fixedly provided with a mounting housing 3, and the upper surface of the mounting housing 3 is provided with an adjustment mechanism 4 at the center; the mounting housing 3 is provided inside the inner partition plate 5, a first limit mechanism 6 is provided in the interior of the mounting housing 3 and is located above the inner partition plate 5, and a second limit mechanism 7 is provided in the interior of the mounting housing 3 and is located below the inner partition plate 5.
In the embodiment, the adjustment mechanism 4 comprises a press lever 401 and moving mounting blocks 402, the press lever 401 is movably provided at the center of the upper surface of the mounting housing 3, and the moving mounting blocks 402 are fixedly provided with mounting sliding blocks 403. The mounting sliding blocks 403 are slidingly provided in the limit sliding grooves 404, the moving mounting blocks 402 are provided with auxiliary push rods 405 on the surface of both ends, the moving mounting blocks 402 are fixedly provided with limit rods 406 on the surface of the side of the moving mounting blocks 402 near the press lever 401. By providing the limit plates 408, the position of the limit rods 406 can be limited when limit rods 406 passes through the limit holes 407, allowing the position of the limit bar 406 to be less likely to change and enabling the press bar 401 to be fixed better.

The second connecting plate 703 is fixedly provided with limit baffles 705 at the end of the second connecting rod 701 away from the second connecting rod, and the limit baffles 705 are provided with the end limit block 706 at the bottom side; the limit baffles 705 is provided in a mounting limit groove 707, and the mounting limit groove 707 is provided inside the bearing plate 1 and is located on the outside of the sealing film main body 2. The principle of operation of a PCR sealing film with a strong sealability is as follows:
During the process of operation, the sealing film main body 2 is encapsulated on the
PCR plate, and each hole on the PCR plate can be sealed individually by providing several sealing columns 202. The size of the guide limit rings 203 is slightly larger than the size of the sealing columns 202, which can make the sealing columns 202 less likely to pop out when receiving external force. Sealing covers 201 are provided at the upper end of each sealing columns 202, which can improve the sealing effect. When the encapsulation of the sealing plate film body 2 is completed, by pressing the press lever 401 downward, the first fixture block 409 and the clamping grooves 702 can be cooperated, which in turn can cause the press lever 401 to push the second connecting rod 701 downward. The downward movement of the press lever 401 also drives the first connecting plate 601 on both sides to move, and the first connecting rods 603 provided on the lower surface of the second mounting plates 602 can be moved, so that the second fixture blocks 604 at the bottom of the first connecting rods 603 can cooperate with the mounting grooves 606. With the elasticity of the spring, the two limit clamping plates 608 can tighten and limit the position of the second fixture blocks 604, so that the sealing film main body 2 and the PCR plate can be fitted better without deviation during the fitting process, which is more convenient for application. When the press lever 401 is pressed to the designated position, the auxiliary push rods 405 pushes the moving mounting blocks 402 to move, so that the limiting rods 406 pass through the designated limit holes 407 on the press lever 401; thus the position of the press lever 401 can be limited and fixed, so that the first limit mechanism 6 and the second limit mechanism 7 can limit the position of the sealing film main body 2 more firmly to improve the sealing effect of the sealing film main body 2.

A PCR sealing film with a strong sealability according to claim 2, wherein the second connecting plate (703) is fixedly provided with limit baffles (705) at the end of the second connecting rod (701) away from the second connecting rod, and the limit baffles (705) are provided with the end limit block (706) at the bottom side; the limit baffles (705) is provided in a mounting limit groove (707), and the mounting limit groove (707) is provided inside the bearing plate (1) and is located on the outside of the sealing film main body (2).
