Abstract
The present invention discloses an intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles, which is applied to the field of traffic maintenance. The device comprises a base, a turntable, a detection component and a maintenance mechanical arm. The turntable is rotatably connected to an upper surface of the base; the detection component is fixedly connected with the centre of the turntable; the maintenance mechanical arm is fixed to a side wall of the base; a lower surface of the base is provided with a plurality of rollers; a driving motor, a power supply and a controller are arranged in the base; the controller is connected with the driving motor, the power supply, the detection component and the maintenance mechanical arm; and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the rollers. The present invention can realize the autonomous intelligent overhaul of the subway vehicles, improve overhaul efficiency and safety and ensure the safety of subway operation.

INTELLIGENT OVERHAUL DEVICE FOR SUBWAY VEHICLES

The present invention relates to the technical field of traffic maintenance, more particularly to an intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles.
A subway is a high-speed and large-volume electric traction rail transit vehicle built in a city.
Subway vehicles need frequent overhaul during use. Most of the existing overhaul is conducted by workers, and often needs one or more persons for overhaul. During the overhaul, overhaul persons may have operational errors. If the operation errors are not stopped in time, it may lead to damage to internal equipment, and will seriously cause significant economic losses. Manual overhaul methods consume a lot of human and material resources, are low in detection efficiency and easy to miss the detection, and have great potential safety hazards.
Therefore, how to realize intelligent overhaul of subway vehicles to improve overhaul efficiency and safety is an urgent problem for those skilled in the art.
In view of this, the present invention provides an intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles, which is conducive to realize the autonomous intelligent overhaul of the subway vehicles, improve overhaul efficiency and safety and ensure the safety of subway operation.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
An intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles comprises a base, a turntable, a detection component and a maintenance mechanical arm.
The turntable is rotatably connected to an upper surface of the base; the detection component is fixedly connected with the centre of the turntable; and the maintenance mechanical arm is fixed to a side wall of the base.
A lower surface of the base is provided with a plurality of rollers.
A driving motor, a power supply and a controller are arranged in the base; the controller is connected with the driving motor, the power supply, the detection component and the maintenance mechanical arm; and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the rollers.
The above technical solution has the beneficial effects: the base moves by means of the rollers, and the autonomous movement detection is realized through the driving effect of the driving motor. The turntable rotates relative to the base, so as to drive the detection component to rotate relative to the base, to realize 360° rotation detection and ensure the comprehensive overhaul; and the maintenance mechanical arm acts according to the detection results of the detection component and maintains an instrument to be repaired, which is more efficient and 504253 reliable compared with manual detection and maintenance.
Preferably, the turntable is rotatably connected with the base through a rotating motor, and the rotating motor is electrically connected with the controller. The controller controls the rotation of the rotating motor, so as to drive the turntable to rotate. The rotation speed of the turntable can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed, so as to control the shooting and rotation angle and speed.
Preferably, the detection component comprises a lifting rod, a supporting rod and an installing platform; the lifting rod comprises a hydraulic sleeve and a hydraulic rod; the hydraulic sleeve is fixed in the centre of the turntable; the bottom end of the hydraulic rod is hermetically sleeved in the hydraulic sleeve; the top end of the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected with one end of the supporting rod, and the other end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the installing platform; a camera is fixed on the installing platform; and the camera and the hydraulic sleeve are electrically connected with the controller. The lifting rod is a hydraulic component, which can automatically adjust the height, to realize comprehensive rotation detection of different heights and improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the overhaul.
Preferably, the installing platform comprises an installing plate, a bottom plate, a first pin shaft and an adjusting component; the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the other end of the supporting rod; one side of the installing plate and one side of the bottom plate are rotatably connected through the first pin shaft; the adjusting component is fixed between the installing plate and the bottom plate at a side opposite to the first pin shaft, and the camera is fixed on the upper surface of the installing plate. The angle or height of the installing plate can be adjusted through the movable connection arrangement between the installing plate and the bottom plate, so as to adjust the shooting and detection angle of the camera.
Preferably, the adjusting component comprises two fixed blocks, two movable blocks, an electric push rod and two second pin shafts; the two fixed blocks are fixed on the lower surface of the installing plate and the upper surface of the bottom plate respectively; the fixed blocks are movably connected with the movable blocks through the second pin shafts; the electric push rod is fixedly connected between the two movable blocks; and the electric push rod is electrically connected with the controller. The electric push rod in the adjustment component is operated to realize extension and shortening. The installing plate is driven to adjust an inclination angle through the movable effect of the first pin shaft and the second pin shafts, so as to flexibly adjust the shooting angle of the camera.
It can be known form the above technical solution that compared with the prior art, the present invention provides an intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles. The 360° detection of the device is realized through the arrangement of the turntable; the adjustment of the detection height and angle is realized through the arrangement of the detection component; automatic maintenance is realized through the design of the maintenance mechanical arm, which reduces the manual participation; and the maintenance effect of the mechanical arm is more standard and 504253 reliable than manual maintenance. Therefore, the present invention is conducive to realize the autonomous intelligent overhaul of the subway vehicles, improve overhaul efficiency and safety and ensure the safety of subway operation.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose an intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles, comprising a base 1, a turntable 2, a detection component and a maintenance mechanical arm 4. The turntable 2 is rotatably connected to an upper surface of the base 1; the detection component is fixedly connected with the centre of the turntable 2; the maintenance mechanical arm 4 is fixed to a side wall of the base 1; a lower surface of the base 1 is provided with a plurality of rollers 11; a driving motor 12, a power supply and a controller are arranged in the base 1; the controller is connected with the driving motor 12, the power supply, the detection component and the maintenance mechanical arm 4; and an output shaft of the driving motor 12 504253 is connected with the rollers 11 through a transmission element.
The maintenance mechanical arm can adopt the existing mature mechanical arm workpiece; connection nodes have six degrees of freedom, can realize flexible rotation, and can conduct adjustment at various angles, which is suitable for maintenance in multiple environments; and the free end of the maintenance mechanical arm is arranged as a clamping groove structure which can be flexibly disassembled to replace maintenance tools.

In a specific embodiment, the turntable 2 is rotatably connected with the base 1 through a rotating motor, and the rotating motor is electrically connected with the controller.
The turntable 2 is fixedly connected with an output rotating shaft of the rotating motor, a housing of the rotating motor is fixed in the base 1, and the output rotating shaft rotates to drive the turntable to rotate relative to the base 1.
Embodiment 2
In a specific embodiment, the detection component comprises a lifting rod 31, a supporting rod 32 and an installing platform; the lifting rod 31 comprises a hydraulic sleeve and a hydraulic rod; the hydraulic sleeve is fixed in the centre of the turntable 2; the bottom end of the hydraulic rod is sleeved in the hydraulic sleeve; the top end of the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected with one end of the supporting rod 32, and the other end of the supporting rod 32 is fixedly connected with the installing platform; a camera 3311 is fixed on the installing platform; and the camera 3311 and the hydraulic sleeve are electrically connected with the controller.
Further, a detector 3312 is also fixed to the installing platform; the camera 3311 is fixed above the detector 3312; and the detector 3312 can be selected from an infrared detector and a laser detector, can be used for measuring material properties, temperature and distance, and can be selected from a commercially available detector.
The lifting rod 31 is an electric hydraulic push rod; the hydraulic sleeve is hermetically connected with the bottom end of a liquid rod; the hydraulic sleeve is provided with an oil cylinder and an oil pump; the upper and lower ends of the hydraulic sleeve are provided with an oil inlet and an air outlet respectively; the oil cylinder is communicated with the hydraulic sleeve through the oil inlet; the oil pump controls oil in the oil cylinder to be pumped into or pumped out of the hydraulic sleeve; and the oil pump is electrically connected with the controller. The controller controls the hydraulic sleeve to work, to drive the hydraulic rod to move up or down for driving the supporting rod and the installing platform to move up or down, so as to adjust the shooting height of the camera. The camera can collect images, and transmit the images back to the controller, and the controller identifies and compares the images to judge whether there is a fault in a shooting position. The image identification technology is the existing mature technology.

In a specific embodiment, the installing platform comprises an installing plate 331, a bottom plate 332, a first pin shaft 333 and an adjusting component 334; the bottom plate 332 is fixedly connected with the other end of the supporting rod 32; one side of the installing plate 331 and 5 one side of the bottom plate 332 are rotatably connected through the first pin shaft 333; the adjusting component 334 is fixed between the installing plate 331 and the bottom plate 332 at a side opposite to the first pin shaft 333; and the camera 3311 is fixed on the upper surface of the installing plate 331.
The installing plate 331 is movably connected with one side of the bottom plate 332 through the first pin shaft 333, and an angle between the installing plate 331 and the bottom plate 332 can be adjusted through the adjusting component 334, so as to adjust the shooting angle of the camera 3311.
Further, the adjusting component 334 may be a lead screw and a lead screw motor; the lead screw penetrates through the bottom plate 332, and is in threaded connection with the bottom plate 332; the top end of the lead screw is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the installing plate 331; and when the lead screw motor is operated, the lead screw is driven to rotate, so that the lead screw moves relative to the bottom plate 332 to adjust the angle between the bottom plate 332 and the installing plate 331.

In a specific embodiment, the adjusting component 334 comprises two fixed blocks 3341, two movable blocks 3342, an electric push rod 3343 and two second pin shafts 3344; the two fixed blocks 3341 are fixed on the lower surface of the installing plate 331 and the upper surface of the bottom plate 332 respectively; the fixed blocks 3341 are movably connected with the movable blocks 3342 through the second pin shafts 3344; the electric push rod 3343 is fixedly connected between the two movable blocks 3342; and the electric push rod 3343 is electrically connected with the controller.
The electric push rod 3343 in the adjustment component is operated to realize extension and shortening. The installing plate 331 is driven to adjust an inclination angle through the movable effect of the first pin shaft 333 and the second pin shafts 3344, so as to flexibly adjust the shooting angle of the camera 3311.

An intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles, comprising a base, a turntable, a detection component and a maintenance mechanical arm, wherein — the turntable is rotatably connected to an upper surface of the base; the detection component is fixedly connected with the centre of the turntable; and the maintenance mechanical arm is fixed to a side wall of the base; — a lower surface of the base is provided with a plurality of rollers; — a driving motor, a power supply and a controller are arranged in the base; the controller is connected with the driving motor, the power supply, the detection component and the maintenance mechanical arm; and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the rollers.
2. The intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles according to claim 1, wherein the turntable is rotatably connected with the base through a rotating motor, and the rotating motor is electrically connected with the controller.

The intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles according to claim 1, wherein the detection component comprises a lifting rod, a supporting rod and an installing platform, wherein — the lifting rod comprises a hydraulic sleeve and a hydraulic rod; — the hydraulic sleeve is fixed in the centre of the turntable; — the bottom end of the hydraulic rod is hermetically sleeved in the hydraulic sleeve; — the top end of the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected with one end of the supporting rod, and the other end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the installing platform; — a camera is fixed on the installing platform; and — the camera and the hydraulic sleeve are electrically connected with the controller.

The intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles according to claim 3, wherein the installing platform comprises an installing plate, a bottom plate, a first pin shaft and an adjusting component, wherein — the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the other end of the supporting rod; — one side of the installing plate and one side of the bottom plate are rotatably connected through the first pin shaft; — the adjusting component is fixed between the installing plate and the bottom plate at a side opposite to the first pin shaft; and — the camera is fixed on the upper surface of the installing plate.

The intelligent overhaul device for subway vehicles according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting component comprises two fixed blocks, two movable blocks, an electric push rod and two second pin shafts, wherein — the two fixed blocks are fixed on the lower surface of the installing plate and the upper surface of the bottom plate respectively; — the fixed blocks are movably connected with the movable blocks through the second pin shafts; — the electric push rod is fixedly connected between the two movable blocks; and — the electric push rod is electrically connected with the controller.
